New campaign launched!

Thank you all for your support as always. I'm happy to announce that we have another bag campaign underway currently! I learned so much from this campaign, and worked tirelessly to create a new bag with even sturdier designs and function. 

With a focus on angel/feathered wings, we have a new bag design that comes in two colors and sizes. So many of you asked for backpack options, so I created a design that is convertible between crossbody and backpack, as well as a more traditional backpack design. 

We will likely add more pin designs to the campaign, based on suggestions and feedback from backers.

Bags have arrived! Shipping commencing!

I am pleased to announce that the bags have finally arrived! It took two shipments to deliver all 67 boxes. That's a lot of bags! We have a total of 1072 bags!

We're beginning shipping immediately and trying to get all of the orders sent out as fast as we're able to. Some of you may have already received a tracking number for your bags and hopefully should arrive quickly. We are shipping everything out in waves. With any luck, we should have the majority of them shipped out by next week! 

UK backers, you will receive a link and coupon for Etsy within the next couple of days for ordering. So, keep an eye on your email for a message from me soon! 

The only orders we won't be able to ship out right away are orders with washi tape. My manufacturer let me know a couple of days ago that there was a slight delay with my order, but that they are being shipped out to me next week. I have a handful of washi tape from my sample batch and I'm shipping out what I can of those. Once the washi tape is shipped to me though, it shouldn't take more than 4-7 days for them to arrive, so I'm hopeful that these last orders with washi tape will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks. 

We ended up piling as many as we were able to fit in our apartment and only have little tunnels through the house to get around. My roommate is a saint for putting up with all of this. 

 If you have any questions or any problems with your order please let me know! We are doing all of the fulfillment ourselves and so human error is bound to be a factor. I have a few people helping me as well who are inexperienced with my stock, so if there's any kind of mistake with your order, let me know and I'll make it right.

Manufacturing complete! Shipping starting soon!

Hello everyone! I'm pleased to announce that both the pin manufacturer and the bag manufacturer have completed production and are shipping everything out to me. I don't have a delivery date for the bags yet, but the pins have just arrived and we have already started processing them. We will be spending the following week or so processing them, sorting, and putting them on backing cards. 

We are also locking addresses in two days! You should have received a final notice in your email. If you need to update your address, you have two days to fix it. If you miss the deadline to update your address, please contact me as soon as possible so I can manually update it on my end. 

We plan on beginning the shipping process as soon as the bags arrive and with some help, I'm hopeful we can get all of the rewards out within a couple of weeks. As far as I know, the bags are being shipped freight, which means it could still be a few weeks out. I'll keep everyone posted and post another update as soon as they arrive. 

Orders that do not have bags in them and are just pins will begin shipping next week. 

UK Backers! Please keep an eye out for an update in the next couple of weeks for an Etsy preorder link and code. As soon as I have a confirmed delivery date for the bags, I'll be listing the UK preorders. I'll make sure to post an update with instructions once they're ready to go.

In the meantime, I'll be at Emerald City Comic Con in a couple of weeks, in Artist Alley booth #N-01

Progress Update

Currently, there are no major updates, but some backers were requesting an update on where we're at. Production is going smoothly! So far, we have not hit any snags and everything is on track. I'm doing what I can on my end to prepare my living room for what is going to be a LOT of big boxes (oh my poor roommate, she puts up with so much) We will also be ordering boxes, mailers, and shipping supplies soon and you'll all get an update when shipping has commenced. 

I was sent this by my bag manufacturer this week, it seems that the Lunar Moth design is finished and hopefully the rest of the designs will be done soon as well! 

As soon as production has ended and items have been shipped out to me, I'll post another update.

Once again, if you haven't filled out your survey, please do so as soon as you're able to. If you haven't received your survey or you fear you may have lost it, please follow the survey recovery link here.  If you used an Apple ID to log into Kickstarter for your pledge, please  reach out to me so I can edit your email manually. Straggler surveys that come in and cards that have been declined will be charged roughly  once a week. If your card has been declined, BackerKit will give you the opportunity to fix your payment method before the next charge attempt.

Due to VAT and the inability to collect taxes on Kickstarter, UK backers will receive exclusive coupons on Etsy for rewards and will still receive a free gift. For all other international backers, please remember that you will be responsible for any customs/import fees, taxes, etc. upon shipping.

UK backers will receive an email with instructions and an Etsy link once we are closer to the rewards being sent. Please keep an eye out for any updates regarding this process.
